President & CEO
Grace Arnis
As the founder of Next Generation Administration, Grace Arnis has worked tirelessly to elevate the organization to new heights. Grace as a graduate from Washington State University, with a bachelors in business administration, founded this organization because she believes in the power of younger generations and their ability to enact change. As the President & CEO of Next Generation Administration, Grace oversees the entire leadership staff and works to strategically implement initiates for the organization.
Vice President of Government Relations
Matthew Winchell
Matthew Winchell, having recently completed his undergraduate studies at Washington State University with a bachelor's degree in political science, is committed and dedicated to advancing young adults into political office. In this role, Matthew works directly with local and state government agencies to make sure candidates are prepared in all aspects such as policy platform and institutional knowledge. Matthew also works as a liaison between the organization and government bodies and agencies.
Vice President of Communications and Outreach
Jakob Thorington
Jakob Thoring joined Next Generation Administration, with a substantial background in marketing and communications. After graduating from the University of Idaho in 2010 Jakob has worked as the director of social media for Washington State University and as a communication specialist at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories. In this role, Jakob works to elevate the Next Generation Administration brand and promote our organization to the community at large.

Vice President of Finance and Administration
Kelly DeBella
While Kelly is new to the Palouse area, her dedication to the Palouse area is unmatched. As a UCLA graduate with a Master's in Business Administration and a background in non-profit finance in California, Kelly oversees all financial situations for Next Generation Administration, including, but not limited to, hiring, risk management, and stakeholder relations.
Vice President of Volunteer and Leadership Development
Bailey Fillinger
As a WSU alum, Bailey Fillinger has a deep love for the Palouse area. Bailey has been involved with Next Generation Administration since its inception and has help countless people in the process. In her role, Bailey oversees the recruitment and education of volunteers for Next Generation Administration. Bailey also oversees the leadership training for the clients that work with Next Generation Administration.
